If you`re interested in this program, don`t hesitate to visit PSPS office.

 

1. Introduction

  a. Objectives

    1) Aquisition of macro and high level knowledge about the international development cooperation and SDGs.

    2) Establish networks for recruiting superior students from foreign countries.

    3) Inspiring self-confidence of the students

  b. Lecturer: Ambassadors (Consul Generals) of the countries which PSPS students belong to

  c. Subject: Theories or cases of International Development Cooperation, 17 categories of SDGs,

                    Overcoming global poverty, Official Development Aid and etc.

  d. Attendee: All the PSPS students

    The invited lectures can be opened for the other YU students.

  e. Number of Lectures: 4 times in the year of 2018 (It can be changed.)

 

2. Details of the Invited Lectures

  a. Lecture arrangement: Students should arrange the lecture of their ambassador using their own personal network or the network in their countries.

    All the contacts have to be tried after the discussion with PSPS office and PSPS office can designate

        the order (priority) of countries if there are more than 4 applicants.

   When the embassy requires an official document from PSPS, an invitation letter can be sent.

       (In the name of the Dean of PSPS)

  b. Basic Schedule: 2 times in the first half of the year / 2 times in the latter half of the year

    Making it a rule to have invited lectures on Friday 2 p.m. only when field studies are not scheduled.

  c. Benefits: A little souvenir from PSPS, A meeting with the students from their countries.

    ※ Transportation expenses can be supported.

 

3. How to apply

  a. Application Period: Throughout the year of 2018

     It will be notified when 4 times of lectures are arranged.

  b. Application Procedure: Visiting PSPS office (Discuss general things about an invited lecture) Contacting with your ambassador Report the result to the office Fix the schedule Submitting the series of documents needed Notify it on the PSPS homepage.

  c. Documents needed: C.V. (Lecturer), Materials for a lecture (as a soft or hard copy)
